A young fawn experiences its new lush green world. I encountered this little one with its mother in the woods behind my home in Ohio. The fawn had just finished feeding, and although its mom was a little nervous to see me, I kept my distance and just enjoyed their presence. After awhile, she relaxed more, and I was able to get a few shots of her and her sweet baby.
Hello, and thank you for visiting! I really appreciate that you took the time to not only view my artwork, but also wanted to learn more about me, the artist - wow! I began painting in 2015, and my very first subject was my dog, Smudge. Which seems appropriate, since he is a dachshund and many of the great artists such as Picaso and Andy Warhol have owned and painted the dachshunds they adored! Currently I'm working in scratchboard, acrylics and watercolors. My work is constantly evolving; which is an excuse for being indecisive and not settling on a medium of choice.
